Beautification of Charlotte Lake was done using natural resources. Our work included soil erosion control methods, like soil bioengineering toe wall, using existing soil, gunny bags, geo-textile, geo-mat and bamboo. Bio log, coir bed and plantation using native stumping was done, thereby achieving sustainability.

Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Evaluation and root cause analysis of existing watershed structures was done in 10 villages. The work included preliminary data analysis, water load calculations, drawings, test certificate and estimation, analysis of the structure's location, existing strata and both bank conditions. This was done using engineering methodologies, identifying the root cause of the study area and structure, pinpointing the geo-tech survey, concrete quality, structure workmanship and site locations.

Kolhapur and Sindhudurg, Maharashtra

Geology for flyover design in forest was studied. Our work included geological mapping of the study area to know the underground rock type for foundation design. Using geophysical test and surrounding geology, lithology/ subsoil characterisation for each viaduct, a minor bridge was analysed and plotted.

Mahad, Panchgani and Gaganbawda, Sahyadri and Konkan regions, 

Western Maharashtra

Rapid appraisal for developing improved preparedness and early warning system for landslides was done. Work included finding the cause of landslides from the engineering and watershed aspects. Stormwater drain along the hill slopes, roadside, type of culverts, and feasibility of watershed structures was done for effective water management.
